Asten's Notes
Here are some notes I've written. I hope you find them useful!
- My Master's Thesis. A survey of Peter Aczel's four anti-foundation set theory axioms. Some prior knowledge of set theory and graph theory will make this one more readable, but I did my best to make it accessible to most math undergrads.
- Issues of Size in Category Theory. Written as part of a topics course on higher category theory. Aimed at a graduate student audience without assuming prior experience with set theory.
- Non-Foundational Set Theory and Superuniversality. Slides for a 5-minute lightning talk I gave at MAMLS 2025. A quick intro to non-well-founded sets for those already familiar with set theory.
